Of course what this doesn’t mention is how when you either conform to society’s beauty standards or are born within the parameters of conventional beauty, it’s easier to not give a fuck because you’re pretty and you’re skinny and you’ve got a nice body. But the second you aren’t any of those things? These same men who are attracted to “”confidence”” are constantly commenting about your body or your face or how much you weigh or what you’re wearing. And… if you do have confidence despite breaking beauty conventions? Then it’s interpreted as being a bitch or being rude or being delusional.
This is bullshit. I wish men would just shut the fuck up. Forever.
